Issues with your order? | Email orders@fuct.com for assistance. Customer service hours: Mon-Fri 10am-4pm PST. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.

Shipping | Worldwide shipping available via USPS. Please allow 10-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to start shipping orders unless specified in the product listing. Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email orders@fuct.com for further assistance.

For your protection, shipping addresses cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

Shipping Address | Double-check and ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and up-to-date. Any orders that are deemed undeliverable and subsequently returned to our warehouse due to address errors will be the responsibility of the buyer. This includes covering the costs associated with the re-shipping of an order. To avoid any inconvenience or additional expenses, please review the shipping address carefully before finalizing your order.

Shipping to Italy | USPS First Class International shipping to Italy can take anywhere from 7 to 90 business days. Orders shipping to Italy may experience issues due to this prolonged delivery time, including package loss and delays in customs processing and taxation. USPS tracking is only available until the package leaves the US, and there may be no updates until it physically arrives in Italy and clears customs.

International Tracking | If tracking on your shipment is at a standstill, please contact USPS or your local mail carrier directly for more information.

Delivery | Having issues? Contact your carrier with tracking information. For international orders, please check tracking often & contact USPS for more information. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays, and cannot predict what the fees may be. You may contact your local customs office for additional information. If your order is delayed, if an attempted delivery was noted, or if the status of your order appears as delivered but your order is missing, please contact the assigned carrier for assistance.

Return Policy | All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at orders@fuct.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn, unwashed and sent back in its original packaging.
