Shipping:
Worldwide shipping is available via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please allow 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to begin shipping unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Shipping rates are based on weight and destination.
A tracking confirmation will be sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking, contact orders@fuct.com for assistance.
For your protection, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.
Delivery & Responsibility:
FUCT is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. Please contact the assigned carrier directly to locate or file a claim for a missing package. Ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date before checkout. Orders returned due to address errors are the responsibility of the buyer, including any re-shipping costs.
International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes assessed by local customs. These fees are beyond our control and vary by country.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. To request one, email orders@fuct.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Requests made after the 7-day period will not be approved.
