Steps to Molding Mouthguard:
1. Prepare the Water: Start by boiling some water.
2. Position the Mouthguard: Place your mouthguard in a glass bowl.
3. Pour the Water: Once the water is boiling, carefully pour it over the mouthguard and let it sit for about 25 seconds.
4. Mold the Guard: After 25 seconds, carefully remove the mouthguard. It will be soft, so gently bite down on it to create the mold.
5. Ensure a Perfect Fit: Bite down and suck the water out. Use your fingers to press around the outside of your mouth to help the guard fit into your gums.
6. Set the Mold: Keep the mouthguard in your mouth for at least 1 minute, allowing it to cool and set.
7. Finish Up: Remove the guard, rinse it with cold water, and it’s ready to use.
