Allow up to 72 hours for a response. Response times may be extended during launches and high-volume periods.
Shipping
Worldwide shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Orders ship within 10–15 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking information is automatically sent once an order ships.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Delivery
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s procedures and timelines.
A carrier scan marked “Delivered” constitutes confirmation of delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Claims for packages marked delivered must be filed directly with the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked delivered due to claims of non-receipt.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the buyer’s responsibility, including reshipping costs.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges assessed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective items or items shipped in error.
Requests must be submitted to orders@fuct.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Approved items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging.
Items delivered as described are not eligible for return due to sizing, fit, or preference.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
