Issues With Your Order

Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Orders typically ship within 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
A tracking confirmation will be sent by email or text once your order ships.
If you do not receive tracking information, contact orders@fuct.com.

For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Delivery

Once an order is shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s transport and delivery procedures.

A carrier scan marked “Delivered” is treated as confirmation of delivery to the address provided at checkout. At that point, the shipment is considered complete.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, the recipient must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation, as only the carrier has access to delivery records, GPS scan data, and route logs. If the carrier requests verification from us during that process, we will provide it.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are the responsibility of the buyer, including any reshipping fees.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by local authorities. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

Returns

All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective items or items shipped in error.
Requests must be submitted to orders@fuct.com within 7 days of delivery.

Approved items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging.
Requests made after the 7-day period will not be approved.

Replacement or refund for orders marked “Delivered” is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
